Hey! Welcome to my corner of the web! Please follow me on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest!
Lately I’ve fallen in love with the humble roast chicken. Once upon I time, I gave up on eating chicken entirely so I’ve surprised even myself with my new found appreciation.
I love the ease of roasting chicken and how just a few ingredients can transform it. Here I made a simple marinade with just a few ingredients and the results was outstanding.
I love that this is simple enough that it can be thrown together in a jiffy. It was so full of flavor and just downright good and all it took were 7 simple ingredients.
Do you have a favorite roast chicken recipe?
