A few months ago I shared a summer Sangria and now I’m sharing a Fall version since the weather has started to cool a bit. Sparkling wine is mixed with sweet apple cider, spiced rum and crisp apples to gives Apple Cider Sangria it’s quintessential fall flavor.
Apple Cider Sangria is a light and crisp cocktail perfect for your fall entertaining.I chose to use sparkling wine instead of using soda or seltzer for carbonation but you can use any white wine and add a bit or seltzer or even ginger beer! Since some apple ciders tend to be very sweet so using a sweetener is optional. I would recommend using a simple syrup (1 cup sugar to 1 cup water) to sweeten, according to your taste.
