Day me seh Day Oh…Tropical Rum Punch
This is a very simple and popular punch. I have no clue who came up with the recipe but I got the original recipe from my sister in law Terri. She served this at our crazy and out of control New Year’s Eve party. I just took the recipe and modified it to suit my tastes.
Tropical Punch
1 gallon Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry Squeeze
1 12 oz can Dole Frozen Pineapple Juice concentrate
1 half bottle of Bacardi O*
Combine ingredients and mix well. You can adjust the alcohol to suit your taste. For a kid friendly version just omit the Bacardi.
*I used the 750 ml bottle of Bacardi O
Did you use a full bottle (750ml) of Bacardi O or 1/2 bottle?
I used the half of the 750 ml bottle

Can you use vodka instead of rum
Do you use water for Pineapple juice?
No I don’t use water. Hawaiian punch isn’t very sweet and with the addition of the rum the water isn’t needed.
