I’ve had a very busy weekend of recipe testing among other things.   This didn’t leave me with enough time to blog as I usually do.  After spending all day in the kitchen I have absolutely no desire to cook for my blog.

Hopefully I will find time to get back to blogging later on this week.   I’ve grilled, baked, roasted, stir-fried and boiled, at the end of the day I crawled into bed only to wake up to do it all over again.

It is for a good cause so I’m super motivated.   Until next post, I leave you with a simple cocktail that is a regular in my home.   Enjoy!

2 0z Captain Morgan Spiced Rum

Homemade Ginger beer

Add Rum to a glass with ice, top it off with ginger beer.   Garnish with a lime wedge.
