Mini Caramel Apple Cookie Bites
1 package NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Harvest Apple Refrigerated Cookie
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
¼ heavy whipped cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Store bought caramel to drizzle

Makes 24
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Break off the cookie pieces and place each piece in an ungreased nonstick mini cupcake pan. Place into oven and bake for 17 minutes. Remove from oven; using a greased slim shot glass or the back of spoon to gently press in the center of the cookie to form an indentation. Set aside and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes; it will break apart if you attempt to remove it while hot. After the cookie has cooled, use a knife to run along the sides between the cookie and the pan and gently remove then set aside.
Next, place room temperature cream cheese in a bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes. Next add heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and cinnamon and whip for an additional 2 minutes. Place cinnamon cream cheese mixture in the center of the cooled cookie base using a small spoon. Drizzle with caramel. Serve!
