Maple Dijon Glazed Salmon
1 1/2 lb salmon cut into 6 equal pieces
1 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tspp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl mix garlic, maple syrup, dijon mustard, lemon juice, black pepper, red pepper flakes and salt to form the marinade.
Pour over fish, coating tops and sides. Place fish about an inch apart on a baking pan covered with foil and sprayed with nonstick spray. Place into preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
*Do not overcook or the fish will be dry
*If the fillets are thick then you may need to cook it a bit longer. The fish should flake easily but be moist in the middle.
