This post is sponsored by FAGE; however, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

I think it’s safe to say we all have made some sort of resolution or decision to change something in our
lives at the start of the New Year – I definitely have. My resolution is nothing new and has been on my
to-do list for the past year but the last month I’ve made some of those changes to bring me closer to my
goal which to live a healthier lifestyle by making better food choices and exercising 3-5 times per week.

You see I’ve always maintained a healthy weight and mostly conscious of what I eat, but in the past year
and a half I have done exactly the opposite. I’ve even stopped working out as consistently as I usually do
and it shows. In addition to working out regularly again, I’m making an effort to eat breakfast daily and
make better choices when snacking and Fage Total 2% Greek Yogurt made with only milk and live yogurt
cultures is an excellent choice.

FAGE Total 2% Greek Yogurt is all- natural Greek yogurt, protein rich, contains no added sugar and is a great for
yogurt bowls. What I like about plain Greek yogurt is that I can use any topping that I like
and it keeps me full! I love the richness and creaminess of the FAGE Total 2% Greek Yogurt and
because it’s not sweetened with artificial sweeteners or artificial flavors it goes well with a variety of toppings.
I’m sharing 5 yogurt bowls that I love to have either for breakfast or just as a snack which keeps me on
track with my resolutions. I must admit that the pineapple coconut is my absolute favorite but all are
absolutely delicious and I feel like I’m having dessert without really having dessert. Sometimes I add a
light drizzle of honey when I want an extra touch of sweetness! Head on over to Fage for more recipes
and inspiration!

Here are 5 of my favorite Yogurt Bowls using FAGE Total 2% Greek Yogurt:

Strawberry, Banana with Vanilla Almond Granola

Mango, Pineapple and Coconut Flakes

Banana, Blueberry and Almond Butter

Cranberry, Apples and Walnuts
