What Is Coquito?
Coquito, often called the Puerto Rican eggnog, is a creamy holiday drink made with a blend of coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, spices, and rum. It’s sweet, smooth, and packs a punch!
Traditionally, whole spices are simmered in water. This is then added to the mix. This is a simplified version that has a lot of the same flavors, but no cooking is needed.
