How to Make Crab Rangoon

1. Make the Filling

In a bowl, combine the crab meat, softened cream cheese, scallion, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and sugar. Mix until smooth and fully combined.

2. Fill the Wontons

Place a small amount of the crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush the edges lightly with water, fold, and press firmly to seal.

3. Fry Until Crispy

Heat oil over medium heat and fry the crab rangoon until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

4. Serve

  • Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
