In a pot over high heat, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 9-11 minutes then strain.
Add chopped bacon to a skillet and cook until browned. Remove bacon from the pan and discard all but
1 tablespoon of the bacon fat.
Add butter. Once butter has melted, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Then add cream, broth, salt
and black pepper.
Simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Then add peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add pasta and chopped parsley, stir to combine. Remove from heat and serve warm.
