Ingredients
Salmon Fried Rice

precooked cold white rice

soy sauce

frozen green peas

pack StarKist E.V.O.O™ Wild-Caught Pink Salmon in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

chopped
Salt to taste

Instructions
In a pan over high heat, add oil. When oil is hot add onion and red bell pepper and sauté until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Add crushed garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, just until it’s fragrant.
Add cold rice, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, paprika and frozen green peas and mix to combine.
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add StarKist E.V.O.O.™ Salmon and scallions and stir. Cook for an additional minute.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
