Marinate beef strips with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper. Set aside for about 10 to marinate.
In a pan over high heat add Mazola Corn Oil. When the corn oil is hot add beef and stir-fry for about 3 minutes, then add bora and tomatoes and mix to combine.
Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until the bora is tender.
Add salt if needed, then remove from heat and serve with rice.
