Place bbq sauce, crushed pineapple, Texas Pete Original Hot Sauce, brown sugar and yellow mustard into a blender and blend until smooth.
Cut slab of ribs and half and trim excess fat then season with salt and pepper.
Place one half into the slowcooker, meat side up and pour half of the BBQ sauce to cover.
Place second slab on top then pour the other half of the BBQ sauce over it. Cover the slowcooker and cook on high for 4 ½ to 5 hours.
Using tongs remove ribs from slowcooker and place on a baking sheet. Reserve the BBQ sauce to serve with the ribs.
Place the ribs in oven and broil for 5 minutes. Cut into serving size and serve with BBQ sauce on the side.
