Place sorrel, sugar, water and oranges into a small pot a bring to a boil.
Allow to simmer for 10 minutes then remove from the heat.
Strain to remove the solids then allow to cool completely.
To make drink, about 6 oz Milo's Tea to a glass with ice. Top with 2 oz hibiscus syrup and a splash of seltzer. This can be adjusted to suit your taste buds.
