Sorrel Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp dried sorrel
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cans Canada Dry Mandarin Orange Sparkling Seltzer Water

Instructions

  • Place water and sorrel in a small pot and bring to a boil. Boil for 15 minutes; you can boil it for longer and allow it to steep if you prefer a stronger sorrel flavor.
  • Remove from heat and strain, reserving the liquid. Discard the sorrel. Stir in sugar and allow to cool completely. Add lemon juice and cold seltzer then place in the fridge to chill.
