3tbspoatsrolled is preferred but you can also use quick oats as I did

½tspgrated turmeric
½ripe banana
¾cupripe mango

Place the oats into the blender and blend to a fine powder. Add yogurtturmeric, banana and ripe mango and blend until smooth. Honey is optional as the ripe mangoes add enough sweetness. Adjust according to your personal preference.
