MANGO TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oats rolled is preferred but you can also use quick oats as I did
  • ½ cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • ½ tsp grated turmeric
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ¾ cup ripe mango
  • honey optional
  • Place the oats into the blender and blend to a fine powder. Add yogurt turmeric, banana and ripe mango and blend until smooth. Honey is optional as the ripe mangoes add enough sweetness. Adjust according to your personal preference.
