Ingredients

dried sorrel

cinnamon stick

cloves

peel ginger
sugar to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients in pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30 mins.
Remove from heat, remove all solids by straining. Chill and serve over ice.
