In a bowl season chicken
legs with green seasoning, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion
powder. Let marinate for at least hour.
In a plate mix flour,
salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and parsley flakes.
Beat eggs and milk together
in a bowl.
Coat seasoned chicken in
the flour, shake off the excess.
Dip into the egg and milk
mixture; allow the liquid to drip off of the chicken before coating it with
flour. Set aside and repeat the process.
Heat oil in a large heavy
bottom pot over medium heat.
When oil is hot, add the
chicken pieces carefully and fry until golden brown on the outside and cooked
on the inside; this should take about 20 minutes.
Remove from oil and place
on a plate lined with paper towel.
Repeat the process until all of the chicken is fried.
