Mix mayonnaise, tabasco sauce and honey in a small bowl, then chill.
Place burger patty on the grill and cook to preferred doneness. Brush both sides with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional minute.
Grill pineapple slices for about 2-3 minutes for sides or until charred.
Grill Buns until slightly toasted.
To assemble the burger, place lettuce on the bottom bun then add a burger patty and top with a slice of cheddar single. Top with red onion and a slice of pineapple.
Spread spicy mayo on the top half of the bun and then top burger. Serve.
