Preheat oven at 425 degrees.
Whisk together 1 cup of flour, yeast, sugar and salt dry. Add warm water and olive oil and mix together.
Add remaining flour and knead for about 5 minutes to form a smooth dough.
Let rest for 10 minutes. Place 1 tsp olive oil on pizza pan. Stretch dough to fill the pan.
Add pizza sauce, cheese and your preferred toppings.
Bake at 425 mins for 15 mins on the lowest rack.
