  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp rapid rise yeast (1 package)
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cups very warm water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil


  • Preheat oven at 425 degrees.
  • Whisk together 1 cup of flour, yeast, sugar and salt dry.  Add warm water and olive oil and mix together.
  • Add remaining flour and knead for about 5 minutes to form a smooth dough.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes. Place 1 tsp olive oil on pizza pan. Stretch dough to fill the pan.
  • Add pizza sauce, cheese and your preferred toppings.
  • Bake at 425 mins for 15 mins on the lowest rack.
